Voluntary, employee-paid worksite benefits

Given the high cost of providing employee benefits and particularly health insurance, employers in the United States are increasingly adopting a defined contribution approach to the benefits packages they offer.  Therefore there is a clear, decided trend toward employers offering menus of voluntary, employee-paid worksite benefits to supplement the subsidized core, employer-sponsored benefits.  This video provides an overview of the types of benefits that employers are including in these menus.
